THANKS to a generous donation from the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church (UALC), God’s Hygiene Help Center was able to distribute hams and grocery gift cards to 13 households in need this Christmas season. The situations ranged from disabled veterans, single mothers, cancer patients, foster parents with eight children. Additionally, some of the families received winter coats, hats, and gloves from GHHC’s Project Warm program.

A private donation was also received from a UALC member to remove rent debt incurred by a young working Linden Dad. The father is now unemployed due to brain surgery for a cancerous tumor and his family was in danger of being evicted.
