GENEROUS DONATION FROM LINDEN EAGLES

God’s Hygiene Help Center (GHHC) was recently invited to speak at a meeting of the Officers of Linden Eagles 2252 as they have a Charitable Account which is used to provide grants to organizations in the community.

Alescia, Cindy, Diane, and Tammy briefed the officers on the various GHHC’s programs with an emphasis on Student Hygiene Bags and School Hygiene Boxes. Student bags which contain basic hygiene products along with personal items cost $13-$21 per child. School boxes contain products of the school’s choosing and can range in value up to $280. GHHC is currently serving 6 Linden schools: Linden McKinley STEM, Hamilton STEM, Como Elementary, Medina Middle, Harambee Christian, and Huy Elementary.  The cost of these programs is significant and well worth it to enable students’  regular attendance at school.

The Linden Eagles 2252 wholeheartedly agreed as they desire to make a positive influence in the Linden community. Praise God! The officers voted to provide GHHC a very generous donation – above what the Center requested.  Psalm 22:9 reads “The generous will themselves be blessed.” GHHC is so thankful for the Linden Eagles 2252’s amazing donation.

God continues to open the way for us to speak to more children and adults attempting to reorient their lives. The Linden Eagles’ generous gift will benefit GHHC in providing for the hygiene needs of the Linden community.
