WOW!

God’s Hygiene Help Center (GHHC) loves its volunteers, young and old! While the Center was closed, due to the cold temperatures, thankfully we had volunteers still willing to serve. The volunteers helped sort product and put together 90 Student Hygiene Bags for Como Elementary.

Como Elementary invited GHHC to speak to their 4th and 5th graders. The children were told of a true story of a child who was not able to continue her education; and what a sad, frightening, and difficult life that caused. We encouraged the students, with the help of Jesus, to strive to reach their full potential, to do their best work as students, to learn and absorb all they are able, to treat everyone with respect, and to graduate as successful young adults.

What a wonderful group of students and staff at Como! The students were engaged and asked appropriate questions. God’s Hygiene Help Center loves its Linden schools and students. We feel extremely blessed to work with them.
