MEDINA RECOVERY PROGRAM

God’s Hygiene Help Center (GHHC) routinely serves clients and residents participating in the Medina Recovery Program in the Linden area. The Medina program is a very supportive two-year program in which the residents are encouraged to engage in the Linden community as each individual proceeds through their healing and rehabilitation.

Recently, GHHC had the privilege of meeting with the Medina residents, in groups of 12-15, along with their counselors. GHHC spoke to them of the healing that can only be found in Jesus through reading His Word and of Jesus’ desire to turn their lives around as He did for Tammy, GHHC’s Founder.

More residents were invited and encouraged to visit the monthly Prayer Gathering to hear directly from God’s Word and of Jesus’ love for each of them. Through generous GHHC donors, each resident left with a bottle of body wash and loofah sponge.

NOTE:  One of GHHC’s very best and long-term volunteer, David, successfully graduated from Medina’s program and has moved on to full-time employment. While GHHC misses David we continue to wish him continued success in life and in his Christian walk.

Medina is providing a valuable service to the Linden community and GHHC is blessed to be partnering with them.
