‘fresh start’ of a different kind

At the end of October, GHHC was excited to provide a Fresh Start Basket to a family of 6 coming to America from Ethiopia. This is a first for GHHC!

Routinely Fresh Start baskets have been given to adults being released from prison through the Kindway EMBARK program; so, to be offering this family a ‘fresh start of a different kind’ was a blessing!

Through your continued donations to GHHC, the Center provided the family a basket filled with kitchen tools and utensils, queen comforter, bath mat, shower curtain, household paper products, personal hygiene products, cleaning products, and more. Thank you, donors, for always being so generous!
